Spotzer Digital is looking for a client account manager to join our growing team.
About the role
Our client account managers are in contact with our base of website and digital marketing clients on a daily basis. In the client account manager role, you will develop the skills needed to manage a website, learn about Search Engine Optimisation best practices, discover how to convert site visitors and understand what is needed to create high-quality digital marketing campaigns.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients via phone and email to discuss their needs
- Help clients achieve their business goals through digital marketing
- Provide support to our client base through multiple channels such as phone, email and chat
- Maintain great rapport with clients through friendly, helpful interactions
- Identify opportunities and suggest solutions for clients to grow and automate their online presence
Our Ideal Candidate
- Experience working over the phone, in account management, customer service or relevant role
- Able to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Keen interest in digital marketing with a willingness to learn
- Knowledge or background in websites is highly desired but not required
- Attention to detail whilst still being able to multitask
- You must have full working rights to work in Australia as a permanent resident or citizen
Key Details
- Work from Home (2 days) & from our Melbourne CBD office (3 days) a week
- Full-time, Monday - Friday
- On-the-job Digital Marketing, SEO and PPC training
- Entry-level Account & Client manager role in the digital marketing industry
- You must have full working rights to work in Australia as permanent resident or Citizen.
