SalaryIDC Technologies PTY is looking for Client Partner.The RoleYou will be responsible for :
- Providing advice on KYC requirements and assisting clients and account managers through the account opening process.
- Reviewing client documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Following up with clients on required documentation and escalating to the appropriate Account Managers where necessary.
- Identifying discrepancies and escalating higher risk matters to the Compliance team.
- You have at least 9 years experience within a Client Onboarding or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Brokerage / Treasury / Securities Exchange, Corporate Banking and the Financial Services Industry industry.
- You have working knowledge of Client Management, Service Delivery, governance', insurance, SOW and MSA
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
