The Client Relations team is critical to our customers' home buying and downsizing journey with Ingenia Lifestyle. You will manage enquiries and qualify clients over the phone before referring to the Sales team. This role is not about a hard sell and your success is not measured by sales conversions. You will take a nurturing and thoughtful approach with our customers and have a brilliant sense of follow up. You will get to enjoy working as a part of a close knit and collaborative team with hybrid and flexible work arrangements on offer. Key AccountabilitiesManage all inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to pre-qualify leads before passing to the onsite Sales teamSet daily, weekly, annual inbound and outbound call targets including number of qualified leadsBuild trust and educate clients via phone and email, qualifying lead to a site tour stage in the processIdentify customer's needs, clarify information, determine challenges and provide solutionsLiaise with sales teams onsite to ensure smooth transition during the customer journeyDevelop an in depth understanding of all Ingenia brandsEnsure that clients are always satisfied by providing prompt response and high levels of serviceKeep records of all conversations and emails via CRM About YouExperience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferredPrevious experience in a similar roleExcellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skillsA strong desire to exceed customer expectationsProven ability to meet targets and KPIsHigh levels of stakeholder engagement, confident in building relationshipsPlease note that to be considered for this role you must be able to work in Australia, applicants will be required to provide evidence of their Australian work rights.
