OWNER INSPECTIONS is an independent building inspection company that offers a range of professional Building (and Pest) inspections throughout the main construction stages. Our services list includes different types of residential building inspections, such as Construction Stage, Pre-Purchase, Timber Pest, Insurance Claim inspections, VCAT Investigation and Dilapidation reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients and business partners to understand their needs and presenting our services.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with clients and business partners through regular communication, understanding their evolving needs, and providing personalised solutions and services.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the team to optimize sales processes and contribute to overall business growth.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services, ensuring in-depth understanding to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients and business partners.
Customer Support: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Understanding of sales strategy and ability to implement within small businesses.
- Experience and knowledge in the property industry is desired, but not essential.
- Experience managing or working with small teams.
- Experience maintaining CRM's and databases (Ie. HubSpot, Salesforce and/ or Monday.com)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Call centre experience will be an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
