We are thrilled to expand our team and seek a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to join us casually for 20-25 hours per week. Tested by animals since 2003, we are all about heart, fun, and genuine connections with our clients so together we can create beautiful memories that will last forever.

You possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and boast a successful track record in sales. With experience in client communication, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, you excel in building genuine rapport with clients.

Your Responsibilities

As the Client Relationship Manager, you will oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring our commitment in celebrating our clients' connection with their pets through heartfelt imagery. 

Your duties are:

• Lead management
• Cultivating and nurturing Client Relationships
• Following up with clients to assess their needs and schedule photography sessions
• Managing incoming and outbound enquiries via email, phone, in-person interactions and social media channels (no cold calling)
• Assessing customer needs to optimise sales opportunities
• Achieving weekly sales KPI targets
• Fostering a positive workplace culture
   

Goal is to increase conversion rates. 

75% lead management, 25% admin based.

Experience & Skills

Minimum one year of experience in customer service and sales, demonstrating a track record of success

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Dynamic phone etiquette 
• Self-motivated with a high level of energy
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine empathy and care for people
• Passion for animals
