The Flick team in Homebush West has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and attention to detail driven Client Relationship Officer- CRM, the role will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers, whilst supporting the National Key Account Managers and clients in all aspects of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key company stakeholders and clients
- Administration and management of client services
- Participate in client online meetings as required
- Resolve client queries and issues
- Assist Account Managers and receivables for existing customers
- Timely booking of requested services, and prompt escalation where required
- Weekly and monthly reporting on customer service activities
- Manage customer invoice processes and oversee client debtors
About you
- Intermediate MS office skills
- Strong communications skills - Client liaison, communication, networking, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, strong organisational, time management, and planning ability
- Works well within a team environment
- AR experience
- Thorough understanding of commercial environments in a service-related industry, working knowledge/understanding of our services (Desirable)
