Client Relationship Manager| Bdm

Our client renowned in the industry for being property management experts with a combined agency management rights portfolio in excess of $2B of properties under management is looking for an exceptionally genuine and results driven client relationship manager who displays all the qualities necessary to build trust, forge long term relationships and a natural aptitude for conversing with clients.  
 
Our client invests heavily in its people therefore you will given access to first class systems and technology, a buoyant database of leads and mange existing relationships with clients who ultimately may be interested in investing further.

The Role:

• Contact existing customers and tap into buoyant database by way of introduction and offering exclusive business ventures.
• Attend site meetings and appraisals  in order to sustain relationships and win new business.
• Nurture and grow existing properties under management providing exceptional service and deliver first class customer service.
• Attend weekly sales meetings as well as regularly report to Managing Director on market updates and growth.
• Foster long term relationships, increase referrals and build on agency brand.
• Refine systems and processes producing accurate data to key stakeholders.
• One day per week on site at Biggera Waters-Gold Coast.
• Fortitude Valley or Toowong based throughout the week.
• WFH will be permitted after probation period provided results have been achieved and you are managing your portfolio autonomously with minimal direction for senior leaders. 

The Candidate:

• Hold a current real estate certificate of registration
•  Previous experience working in property management and business development or on site management experience 
• Solid relationship management skills that capture an audience 
• A natural rapport builder who nurtures and builds solid relationships with ease and authenticity
• Polished presentation
• Tenacious drive and ambition to succeed and perform well in this role.
