About the role
We are currently looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role will also involve serving as the main point of contact, understand client needs, and ensure the successful delivery of the highest level of services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' objectives, expectations, and pain points.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues.
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients.
- Provide clients with updates on product or service enhancements and changes.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by clients in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular assessments of client needs and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling.
- Liaise with internal departments of various teams to meet client expectations and objectives.
- Handle and resolve client issues and concerns efficiently.
- Develop strategies to ensure renewal contracts.
- Act on feedback to enhance client satisfaction and overall service quality.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, feedback, and any revenue growth opportunities.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Client Relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding client satisfaction targets.
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
