The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for the development and execution of a co-ordinated program of engagement with Class and Now Infinity key clients.
This role is predominantly a key account management role with a focus on building close business relationships, deepening our knowledge of clients’ businesses, meeting clients’ needs, delivering outstanding client service, and assisting Class & Now Infinity to achieve its targets relating to client retention, organic growth and sales.
This role is a permanent position and offers flexible work between home and our Sydney CBD offices.
What you'll do:
Develop trusted relationships with Class’s key clients, accounts, and groups
Maintain regular communication with all key contacts within your portfolio, ensuring all clients feel confident to contact you directly, and are aware of what they can expect in terms of regular service and communication
Respond to client enquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records via Salesforce
Develop and execute on Account Plans, focusing on building trusted adviser relationships. Acquire a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements
Delivery of agreed levels of service to allocated client portfolio (key accounts)
Liaise between the client and internal teams, acting as the key Relationship Manager
Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the overall client’s experience. Deliver customer feedback back into the business.
What you'll need:
Minimum five years previous work experience in sales, management, key account management
Proven experience in Client Relationship management
Demonstration of a positive disposition and can-do attitude
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Strong sales and persuasion skills
Negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent time management skills
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
