Job Description
We are looking for an experienced office person with a knack for sales, to join our amazing team. Remuneration will be negotiated and based on your experience, knowledge and skill. A proven track record of problem-solving all types of services-related issues (assisting customers in getting what they want) is most desirable for this role, but not essential.
We are seeking someone who is interested in our vision for growth and progression for the future. Someone who is sharp, switched on, and has mental agility (able to think on their feet).
Key Accountabilities
- Individual Budget Targets
- Understanding & working towards delivering the overall business goals of the company
- Maintaining a close relationship with the Office Manager
- Identify new Customers/Clients to grow the business portfolio
- Ability to present maintenance plans to clients
- Keeping our CRM up to date
- Manage Key Client Partnerships
- Site visits, if needed
Personal requirements to be successful in this role
- A background in real estate, lift sales, customer service or business-to-business sales.
- Self-driven with a hunger to succeed.
- A high level of confidence with great communication skills
- Wonderful presentation and negation skills
- Be able to demonstrate an ability to work proactively
- An ability to build a portfolio with Residential and/or Commercial customers
- Excellent organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
- A positive can-do attitude
- A genuinely helpful, personable and courteous manner
- Strong sales focus with customer's needs being paramount
- Willingness to update product knowledge on an ongoing basis
- Great problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box
- Creativity - we'll provide you the freedom to come up with ways to do things
