The Project & Maintenance Administrator will directly support the Project Manager Minor Works in the delivery of minor building and project works across the portfolio of mecwacare sites, in addition to coordinating and documenting compliance with mecwacare’s Annual Programmed Maintenance (APM) responsibilities.
The Project & Maintenance Administrator will apply project management methodologies, systems, processes and tools to support the business in the delivery of new buildings and renovations / remediation of existing buildings and establishing and maintaining Annual Programmed Maintenance services and compliance.

- Experience managing multiple tasks and processes simultaneously.
- Demonstrated capability to engage, consult and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, manage competing stakeholder interests tailoring your approach and communications to the needs of different stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- High level attention to detail.
- Ability to read and mark up construction plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level conceptual, analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable:
- Experience working within the aged, community and/or disability sectors.
- Project Management qualifications or learnings.
