Your activities:
Welcome all clients and guests and be a great first impression
Maintain optimal client relations, manage clients’ check-in and check-out, ad hoc requests and reservations
Providing services and support in accordance with clients’ preferences
Ensure that all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently and accurately meets the needs
Inspect the front and back areas and make sure all is always impeccable
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time.
What you bring:
Prior experience in customer service and hospitality is a plus
Proficiency in written and spoken English
An outgoing personality, strong communication skills and great team player
A proactive, dynamic and enthusiastic attitude
Willingness to learn and develop
