An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Client Services Executive has become available at SGS, in our Notthing Hill, Melbourne office; to develop, manage and maintain business relationships for the Audit business.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure high quality, value adding Client Services focusing on quality, productivity and safety.
- Establish strong working relationship with existing clients.
- Strong focus on operational sales for the Audit business with existing clients.
- Management of client specific requirements i.e. reporting for responsible Key Accounts.
- Identify and target new areas of business within the key accounts through sound sales and marketing activity.
- Resolve operational problems that may arise.
- Plan and schedule client visits and ensure compliance with individual KPIs.
- Provide recommendations and feedback regarding supplier agreements.
- Manage client data on CRM.
- Report client complaints through OIMS systems and ensure items are closed off in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep all databases (including but not limited to CERTIQ and SalesForce) up to date.
- Ensure any cancellation of certification, withdrawal or transfer in communicated to the management team.
