Our highly respected federal government client is currently seeking a Client Service Officer to join their team. Based in the CBD and commencing ASAP, the role will be for an initial period of 6 months with the probability of extension. Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, you will need to be available to work a staggering roster with start times varying from 7am to 10am. The hourly rate of pay is $39 per hour plus super.
To be successful, you will possess the following skills/attributes:
- Previous experience in Invoicing/Claims Processing or Accounts Payable with strong administrative skills
- An understanding around medical/health sector terminology would be beneficial
- High level customer service skills and a desire to go above and beyond
- Ability to work efficiently and meet KPIs
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in the core Microsoft Office programs
- Confidence to work autonomously
- Excellent keyboarding skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
- Ability to follow set policy and procedure
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly and positive manner and "can do" attitude
