Role
The Client Services Officer role is an integral part of our business structure and is responsible for managing the delivery of the service offering to clients.
Primarily, your role involves performing the Client Service administration work from the initial client meeting through to the implementation completion within a timely manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring all elements of the ongoing service offer is provided to each client. Your role may also require you to be present during parts of client meetings and assist clients with general, non‐advice related queries.

Some of the duties of the role will include but are not limited to the following:
- Delivery of exceptional Client Services;
- Timely completion of administration functions relating to review meetings, advice and new business appointments, and ongoing tasks as required;
- Successfully perform multiple workflow tasks autonomously;
- Proactively manage the implementation of advice workflow;
- Preparation of client files for review together with the completion of ROA's;
- Liaise with the clients as required;
- Lodgement of forms and obtaining research from third party providers;
- Comply with all instructions, procedures and processes of the business as required.
Candidate
This is a long-term role for a Client Service Officer with a career path to progress in the business. It is suitable for a friendly, mature, outgoing individual with solid general experience in the Financial Services sector.
Working closely with the Principal Advisers, and other valued members of the team, you will need to relate well to a diverse range of people, particularly retirees who are concerned about the management of their financial affairs and who need regular communication.
