As our Client service Officer, you'll be the key link between the organisation and valued clients. You'll provide them with up-to-date information and provide exceptional support throughout, and ensure their satisfaction with services.
- Provide effective customer service, and assist with telephone calls.
- Assist with complaints and compliance processes.
- Assist with mail outs, as required.
- Providing up to date and consistent Information to clients on relevant standards
- Providing services and solutions to clients to their satisfaction
Profile
- Previous customer service experience ideally 2+ years
- MS office experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Fantastic communication
- Ability to work in a busy environment
