We are seeking a Part Time (2-3 days a week) CSO, to support a very busy Senior Client Service Manager. Experience in the use of XPlan would be of great help, but we are happy to train the right person. The work is performed in our CBD office, not working from home. The position could suit a student studying for a Financial Planning career or a mother with family responsibilities, who can only work some days or restricted hours.
About the Employer
Retirewell Financial Planning Pty Ltd is a successful, privately-owned and independent, boutique financial planning firm, with modern spacious offices in the inner CBD. The firm's client base is predominantly retiree clients. We use XPlan as our CRM system and Macquarie Wrap as our primary Wrap service.
About the Position
The position involves providing support and assistance to the Senior Client Service Manager, working in a part-time capacity for two or three days a week - or more if the person can only work short days (e.g. because of family responsibilities).
Duties include:
- General office admin duties including shared phone roster.
- Maintaining client records in our XPlan database.
- Assistance with preparing for client reviews and processing action items / signed documents.
- Making phone calls to follow-up client and other information.
- Provide friendly and efficient assistance to clients as required.
Desirable Skills, Abilities and Attributes
The successful applicant will possess the following skills, attributes and abilities:
- High attention to detail.
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in the use of XPlan software would be very useful.
- Good computer literacy skills and ability/willingness to learn.
