Due to our continued growth, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented professional to join our Surfers Paradise office as our Client Services – Implementation Officer.
The Role
This represents a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Client Services Officer to join our team of professional advisers who are truly passionate about creating unique and highly tailored advice to all our clients. Essential to the role is the ability to take responsibility for your tasks and to work independently whilst collaborating with other staff members in a supportive team culture.
• Key contact for clients during the implementation process
• Advice implementation
• Review and assist with collation of review documents
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Assisting with phone calls and booking client meetings
• Contribute to enhancing the overall client experience through proactive communication and relationship-building
About you
You are an experienced Client Services Officer who is passionate about providing exceptional client service, thrives in a collaborative team environment and are eager to contribute to the success of our clients. To be successful in this role you will need the following -
• At least 1 year experience as a Client Services Officer
• Experience in all SOA Implementation
• Strong technical and research skills with a thorough understanding of industry regulations
• Exemplary attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with deadlines
