Due to growth this organisation is now seeking a Client Services Officer to support a team of Senior Advisers and staff. Qualifications & experience
- Two years’ minimum experience working within a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, and experience using Xplan is essential.
- Knowledge of financial governance, compliance, ethical and privacy guidelines.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Partnering with Financial Advisors and Client Services officers to deliver exceptional customer service for our clients.
- Assist with the financial advice process from Fact Find to Implementation, including processing of documentation in Xplan, preparation of advice documents & forms.
- Assisting with regulatory obligations including the management of Ongoing Service Agreements, review meetings and our compliance requirements
