A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an experienced
Client Services Officer to join a well established mid-tier firm. With long-standing clients ranging from family businesses to multi-national & listed companies, the firm offers tailored tax, financial planning, audit, SMSF & accounting advisory services to a diverse & loyal client base, you'll have plenty of opportunity for growth.
Ideal candidate will possess:- 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role
- Provide client service to internal and external clients
- Manage client WIP alongside Partners, Managers & Accountants
- Provide practice support for the firm
- Utilise MyGov & ATO portals to provide reports
- Face-to-face & phone meetings with clients to maintain and build relationships
- Client setup/update in database & portals
- Lodgment of Income Tax Returns & BAS
- Preparation and sending of end of month bills
- Liaison with ATO & ASIC
- Preparation of general client correspondence
- Set up and provide assistance with Teams/Zoom
- General administration
As a business they are mostly paperless and cloud based and utilise MYOB Advice. The role is full time, in-office and has the possibility of flex/WFH after a successful probationary period.
