We are a leading Financial Planning firm that offers comprehensive and tailored advice to our clients. We are looking for a Client Service Officer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our existing and prospective clients.

Our offices are located in Wangaratta, Wodonga and Benalla.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Client Service Officer to join our team. You may already be based in the North East Vic Region, or looking for a change of lifestyle and wanting to relocate. This is a Full time role.
As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for:
Managing client enquiries and requests via phone, email, and face-to-face
Preparing and processing client documentation, such as applications, forms, and statements
Maintaining and updating client records and files
Scheduling and confirming client appointments and meetings
Assisting financial planners with research, analysis, and compliance
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as product providers and regulators
About you
Previous experience in a Client Service role, preferably in the financial services industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Be passionate about servicing clients
Strong sense of collaborative work ethic and a client-centric approach
A willingness to learn and grow with the firm
A diploma or degree in finance, business, or a related field will be highly regarded
Someone who is looking for a long-term option in their career would be highly regarded. Salary will be negotiated based on experience.
