About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Client Service Officer to join our growing financial planning practice to provide administrative assistance to our Financial Advisers and Client Service Managers in delivering a range of financial services to our clients. The successful applicant will have the following core responsibilities:
- Collate client files for appointments.
- Book appointments and prepare files for client reviews.
- Accurate production of all client portfolio review documentation and reports.
- Regularly update and maintain the Client Management System with correspondence and tasks.
- Completion and submission of relevant forms.
- Other administrative duties as required.
Skills and experience
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to prioritise;
- An understanding of financial services industry and regulatory requirements is desirable.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Our Client Service Officer Role is a full time position, however permanent part time arrangements may also be negotiated for the right candidate.
