We're thrilled to announce an opening for a Client Services Role with a leading international company in the fashion industry, specialising in made-to-measure clothing for private label businesses.This role is based in the company's Head Office in Melbourne CBD, offering an exciting opportunity for a client-focused individual passionate about the fashion industry and dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences.About the Role:As the primary point of contact for clients, you'll nurture existing relationships and provide exceptional customer service. This is a B2B role, supporting retailers worldwide to ensure their needs are promptly and professionally met.Key responsibilities include email and phone correspondence, managing a growing client portfolio, building rapport with current clientele, and handling administration duties such as order management and basic accounting.What’s in it for you?
