About The Position
The firm is seeking a talented and motivated Public Practice Accounting Administrator to join the growing team. As an administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of accounting professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our group. Responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive administrative duties, manage client appointments, maintain an organised filing system, and ensure efficient office operations.
- Oversee and maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
- Support the bookkeeping team when and where needed.
- Manage correspondence with various stakeholders, effectively representing client interests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing client relationships and communication to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
About You
- Proven experience working within a Public Practice Accounting firm in Australia.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard software
