A fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to work within an Accounting firm based near Mount Waverley.
$65,000 - $70,000 + Super Weekly corporate yoga classes and team lunches South-East location
Please note: This role requires Australian public practice experience OR experience working in a Professional Services environment.The CompanyOur client is a dynamic and passionate Accounting practice, located near Mount Waverley. They are a social and supportive firm that offer ongoing job security, state of the art offices, and modern technology.
The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join their administrative team on a full time basis.
Your duties may include:
Preparing and lodging new client registrations including ABN, TFN, GST, PAYG applications; Liaising with Clients, the ATO, and external parties Fee preparation Proactively working towards electronic files and filing system Administration duties; typing letters and reports using templates Scanning, emailing, filing of documents to DMS (doc management system) Company Updates/Changes Preparation/Co-ordination of Company Statements. ASIC Lodgments General Administrative duties
About You Previous administration experience within an Accounting firm ASIC Administration experience is regarded Professional Services/Public Practice/ASIC experience Proven experience with software such as Microsoft Office and MYOB AE Proficiency with general administration processes
