GSC Finance Solutions is a fast-growing mortgage broking business based in the Geelong and Surf Coast region specializing in Home and Investment Lending, Commercial Lending and Leasing.
The Role!
The Client Services Coordinator will coordinate all elements of the loan process, whilst providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating clients through the application process to settlement
- Provide exceptional and regular communication to clients and key stakeholders throughout the loan process;
- Working as a productive and supportive member of a small team;
- Ongoing Settlement support to our clients;
About You!
We are looking for a hard-working, proactive and self-motivated professional who is passionate about finance and keen to be part of a growing and energetic team.
To be successful in the role, ideally you will have:
- Some finance experience is preferred but not essential;
- Current Drivers Licence;
- Strong Computer Skills and excellent communication skills;
- A passion for people and providing excellent customer service
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Right to work in Australia
