We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional Client Services and ensuring the smooth operation of our Client Services department.
Role ResponsibilitiesClient Services
- Serve as the primary liaison between our clients and the accounting team
- Coordinate client onboarding process from start to finish
- Assist with managing client engagements
- Maintain accurate client records, update contact details, and manage confidential information with utmost discretion.
- New entity incorporations for clients including ABN and TFN applications.
- Attend to and manage client corporate secretarial files including ASIC filing and preparation of ASIC forms to maintain correct Company records.
Business Support
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with monthly billing
- Assist with Debtor management.
- Client ATO Mail management and liaison in relation to the same.
- Filing, printing, scanning and other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
- Support various teams with day-to-day admin tasks
- Assist with reception duties as needed.
Skills and Knowledge
- Previous experience in a client service role in a Public Practice accounting firm is essential.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products namely Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
- Experience with corporate compliance including maintaining and updating company records with ASIC.
- Previous exposure to the ATO Tax Agent Portal
- Prior experience in WIP management, client invoicing, or debtor management role is desired.
- Familiarity with accounting software including but not limited to Xero Tax and Xero Practice Manager (XPM), FYI Docs, CAS360 is desirable.

- Demonstrated track record of taking initiative in previous roles.
Remuneration will be according to skills and experience.
