Client Services Coordinator | Forwarding

The Role:
As the successful candidate, you will be a part of a successful freight forwarding team. Your keen eye for detail and out of the box thinking will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth process for the forwarders important clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Client centric role servicing clients who import freight from all over the globe
• Acts as key contact for allocated customers
• Provide quotations
• Proactively manage shipments
• Prepare regular reporting
• Attend customer meetings / reviews
• Liaise with internal stakeholders

The successful applicant will have

• Knowledge of Freight forwarding Operations and/or Customer Services
• Proven experience in freight forwarding and logistics, with a deep understanding of transportation operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment
• Sound understanding of INCO terms
• Cargowise experience would be beneficial
• A genuine passion for customer service
• Full working rights for Australia.
