Alchemy Technology is a leading provider of industry-specific software for the Community Care & Disability Services Industry across Australia.
We have a new opportunity for a Client Services and Training Coordinator to join our support and implementation team.
You must be experienced with Community Care and/or Disability Services client management systems.
The role is predominantly training and support of our client base.
There may be the opportunity for some WFH (as deemed appropriate by mutual agreement) after the probationary period.
Do you have experience in any of the following?
Co-ordinating services for clients within the community care and disability services sector using our Service Management System (SMS) or other similar client management systems.
Scheduling and rostering of workers using a client management system.
Training new staff members within your organisation on how to use a client management system.
Submitting funding claims to government Departments.
Are you?
Interested in stepping back from direct client care and stepping up to provide a different kind of customer care by providing support and advice to users of the SMS system?
Looking for a new challenge to harness your co-ordination experience and knowledge of the funding requirements within the community care and disability services sector and apply this in new ways?
Interested in expanding your knowledge of client management systems in order to empower other coordinators' in a variety of community care and disability service organisations to optimise their processes?

- Good interpersonal skills with both colleagues and customers.
- Willing to impart knowledge gained with colleagues to foster a productive team environment.
- A good eye for detail and strong administration skills in Microsoft Suite.
Essential Requirements
- Eligibility to Work Full Time in Australia.
- Current National Police Clearance Check or ability to obtain one within 3 months of commencing.
- Reliable car and WA drivers licence.
- Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19 and annual flu vaccinations.
- A secure workspace within your home and effective broadband for any WFH.
- The ability to travel to client sites and conferences if needed.
