Position Overview:
As a Volunteer & Client Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating various aspects of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient execution of our business activities. You will work closely with our branches across nine locations to facilitate communication, streamline processes, and drive initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of voluntary staff across CAB branch locations
- Recruit and train voluntary staff
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments for Legal Unit
- Coordinate volunteer roster
- Plan and coordinate events for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations and other publications and documents
- Develop marketing and communication plans for external stakeholders
- Develop activities for community education
- Assist in tracking progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues
- Coordinate and delegate tasks for the day to day office operations at CAB
- Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries

Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within non-for-profit sector
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility and adaptable to evolving business needs.
