PRIMARY DETAIL
- Salary Package: $93,017 to $102, 676 (HEW Level 6), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading
- Appointment Type: Continuing, Full-time
- Location: Macquarie University, Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde
- Undertake daily inspections of all aspects of their Precinct, to ensure teaching spaces are set up appropriately between sessions, report on any damage or maintenance that needs attention, and be a first response to any operational requests raised by stakeholders.
- Support and facilitate activation events within their precincts.
- Work in partnership with the Facilities Management team to assist in the inspection of works to ensure the works are completed by the contractors.
- Work in partnership with the Sustainability and Planning teams to undertake relocations on small projects and manage the movement of furniture within university spaces and recycling stores as required.
- Support the Client Service Manager in attending regular meetings and contributing to timely reporting to all stakeholders and the Property team, on activities, challenges and actions within their precinct.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all operational works, projects and services that Property is providing to their clients.
- Experience coordinating and facilitating events/engagements in collaboration with teams using a client service lens.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and experience collaborating with internal/external contractors/suppliers.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), including report writing and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in the Higher Education Sector highly desired.
