About the Role:
In this role, the Client Services Officer will have a primary focus on our customer journey at early stages of the sales cycle and supporting the customer with any enquiries throughout their experience with Aspire42.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being a primary point of contact for customers
- Providing Aspire42 customers an outstanding experience across all platforms
- Time management to ensure continual follow ups to convert leads, quotes and applications across all Aspire42 brands
- Supporting business requirements across our brands
- End to end sales cycle support
- Lead management and customer contact
- Comply with policies & procedures of the Consumer Finance Division including the Credit Policy, Privacy Act & NCC
Your Skills and Experience:
- Able to demonstrate a successful track record of customer service/experience and sales support, ideally in a high volume transactional environment
- Excellent computer and administrative skills, as you will be working across a range of different systems
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, especially verbal communication over the phone
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to generate win-win outcomes for the company and the customer.
- Sales and customer experience experience is beneficial, however training will be provided to excel in the role
