Client Services Officer

We are searching for a driven and enthusiastic Client Service Officer to join our growing team! You will be working alongside a team of Loan Processors, Credit Analyst and Mortgage Brokers delivering exceptional customer service. 

This is a Full-Time position and would be suitable for an energetic, outgoing graduate looking for an entry level position or someone looking to find a long-term career within the Mortgage Broking and Finance Industry.

• Liaising with our Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and Clients throughout the application process.
• Guiding clients through the initial loan application process, while gathering and processing the appropriate documents.
• Provide support with applications from broker handover to loan approval and post-settlement.
• Performing data entry into CRM systems & using computer software and applications.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate a strong client focus with a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills and dedication to setting realistic client expectations

• Data driven, with a strong ability to collect and process client information.
• Tech Savvy - able to navigate new software and applications, such as Word, Excel, Apply Online and MyCRM.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in a similar role in Broker Support or Banking/Broker Customer Service.
• Cert IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is desirable but not required.
