Client Services Officer - Financial Planning

About the company:

Our client is a boutique Financial Planning firm with a handful of office locations throughout Queensland. They are going through a big period of growth and are looking to expand their Maroochydore team. 

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced CSO who is ready to step up in their career.

The role:

• Client Services Officer supporting financial advisers across holistic advice
• Handling inbound enquiries from clients
• Xplan database management - setting up new clients, updating client details, filing and documenting
• Implementation of advice post ROA/SOA
• Liaising with product providers such as super funds and insurers to gather information and reports on clients accounts
• Assist advisers to prepare for client meetings - generate reports and required documents

About you:

• 1+ year previous experience in a role supporting financial advisers
• Familiar with superannuation and insurance products/platforms
• Xplan experience
• Experienced implementing financial advice recommendations
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to prioritise tasks and work in a busy environment
• Interested in pursuing a career in the Financial Planning industry 

Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $65,000 + Super.
