- Client Services Officer supporting financial advisers across holistic advice
- Handling inbound enquiries from clients
- Xplan database management - setting up new clients, updating client details, filing and documenting
- Implementation of advice post ROA/SOA
- Liaising with product providers such as super funds and insurers to gather information and reports on clients accounts
- Assist advisers to prepare for client meetings - generate reports and required documents
- 1+ year previous experience in a role supporting financial advisers
- Familiar with superannuation and insurance products/platforms
- Xplan experience
- Experienced implementing financial advice recommendations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to prioritise tasks and work in a busy environment
- Interested in pursuing a career in the Financial Planning industry
