We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Services Officer to join our West Melbourne team and contribute to our commitment to excellence in client care.
Essential - Permanent Residency AND Advice Admin experience
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Financial Planning Industry is essential. The Client Services Officer/Manager is responsible for setting up new clients, maintaining existing clients and managing the end-to-end administrations of client portfolios.
- Interpreting Statements of Advice and preparing necessary applications for Advice presentation.
- Post - Implementation - Follow up on paperwork for advice strategies and pro-actively managing until completed (Superannuation, SMSFs, and Insurance).
- Regular engagement with external providers to ensure timely processing of client applications.
- Support team peers by reviewing work prior to lodgement to ensure errors are minimised.
- Ensure all works in progress and all written or verbal correspondence with clients is diligently recorded in the Xplan database.
- Provide superior customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with their financial needs.
- Liaise with clients and advisors to schedule appointments and manage client communication effectively.
- Process client documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial planning documents and reports.
- Support the administrative functions of the office, including data entry, filing, and office management tasks.
Relevant qualifications in finance, business administration, or related fields are advantageous.
