We are looking for someone with:
- Working experience in the finance industry (Client Service Officer experience highly considered but not essential)
- Xplan experience is desirable
- A dedication to process improvement.
- Client focused with aim to provide exceptional service and have a significant impact on the lives of our clients.
- A desire to learn with a willingness to grow and be mentored.
- A self-motivated individual who can work both autonomously or collaboratively within a close team
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with professional verbal and written etiquette and a positive, friendly attitude
