Opportunity:
To provide quality administrative and operational support to the Hedland team and be the first point of contact for all visitors including staff, internal and external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all visitors including staff members of EPIC by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Provide quality customer service when handling all phone calls and emails and queries
- Maintain office amenities, stationary, common areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, and the purchase of supplies in consultation with your Line Manager
- Maintain generic email enquiries, office calendars and monitor staff and vehicle movements
- Perform financial administrative tasks including mileage, receipting and petty cash for all teams
- Support fleet and asset scheduled maintenance bookings and repairs
- Provide administrative support through the onboarding process of new staff
- Maintain support for the master roster and support worker availability
- Contribute to site asset and compliance registers
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including attendance, scheduling and minute taking
- Perform any other duties as directed by your Line Manager
Essential:
- Excellent personal presentation with a pleasant face to face and phone manner
- Experience in Community Services or Disability Services sector
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to use initiative
- Proficient across the full Microsoft Office Suite of Programs.
- NDIS clearance
- WWC, or willing to obtain if required
Desirable:
- Relevant qualification in the community sector
- Good knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Service Standards (NDIS)
- Prior experience in a similar role advantageous.
