About the RoleWe have a great opportunity for a motivated individual with sound administrative and customer service skills to join our welcoming ASA team. Our Client Support Officer, Contracts team work to deliver a broad range of general administrative support that focusses on training contract processing, providing customer service and monitoring contact points with employers and apprentices.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive inbound calls from clients and deal with general advice queries.
- Assess and monitor contract processes to increase accuracy and compliance.
- Complete accurate data entry and maintain databases.
- Provide general and accurate advice to clients on aspects of the Apprenticeship Policy.
- Provide guidance and advice to ASA staff to improve accuracy and compliance across teams.
- Other general admin duties as required.
- Process and submit Training Contract returns.
- Complete accuracy checks and process training contracts.
This role is a Full-time, Maximum Term Contract ending June 2024, and is available for immediate commencement, with the possibility of extension.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to competently use Microsoft suite of products
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent phone manner and skills
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle situations in a patient and professional manner
- Ability to work to and achieve KPIs
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work fast-paced and to time-critical deadlines
- Police Clearance
- Compliance and contract process knowledge.
- Experience with operating under government regulatory guidelines.
