About the role:
The Client Support Officer will be focused on providing quality customer support by ensuring all services meet the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Duties include:
• Respond to initial enquiries from consumers seeking community transport services, in line with Community Transport funding contract and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Perform general administration tasks associated with consumer enquiries.
• Develop with the consumer, individualised care plans reflecting the principals of wellness, rabblement and consumer choice.
• Maintain the transport volunteer roster.
• Resolve customer phone and online enquiries.
• Take customer bookings.
• Schedule services for consumers via the Transport Routematch system.
• Other duties as specified by the Transport Team Leader.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW
• Certificate III or extensive experience working as a scheduler in a Community Transport environment.
• Experience in Aged Care
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office and database systems
• Demonstrate highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail

Position details:
Permanent full-time role, S0566, Salary: Starting from $66K + Superannuation + Performance Bonus (up to 2% annual salary) + organisational bonus (up to $2K) + Aquatic and Fitness membership discounts.
