Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Clinic Manager will work closely with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and patients to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic operations
- Monitor and manage clinic budget and expenses
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care
- Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of clinic facilities
- Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to promote the clinic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management or administration
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
