We are looking for a passionate and engaging Clinical Manager to lead and develop our team at our Early Intervention Centre in Geelong

Our Geelong clinic helps children and their families to achieve their goals by evidence-based interventions and Social Skill building for children with autism and other learning, behavioural and developmental delays. This centre offers a blend our unique autism early intervention program following the Early Start Denver Model for toddlers and pre-school children on the autism spectrum as well as general paediatric allied health for children 0-8.

The Opportunity:
Leading a team of allied health professionals and educators, you will be responsible for quality, exceptional outcomes for our young clients and a well-supported team environment. Drawing on your early intervention experience and autism knowledge, you will be proactive, solution-focused, professional and dedicated to bringing the best for your clients, families, staff and the organisation.
With a qualification as a psychologist, speech pathologist, OT, BCBA, or registered teacher, you will be provided with training in the Early Start Denver Model if not already certified.

What do you need to join?
- Qualified psychologist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, BCBA, social worker, registered teacher or early childhood educator;
- Considerable experience in autism early intervention and paediatric allied health. Autism research interest highly regarded;
- Past experience in leadership and managerial roles. Those seeking to extend in to first centre leadership position are also welcome to apply;
- Compliance – Qualifications relevant to the role, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 vaccination certificate or exemption, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle.
