Form of workWestern Skin Institute is a small, busy, fast paced skin cancer clinic located in Waurn Ponds.
We are currently looking for a qualified nurse with the following attributes and skills:
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a busy environment
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Exceptional customer service, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent work ethic with a demonstrable ability to be reliable and flexible
• Commitment to best practice, ethical behaviour and conduct
• Commitment to Quality Patient Care;
• Current unrestricted RN or EN (medication endorsed) registration with AHPRA
Desired criteria but not essential:
• Previous experience as a Practice Nurse highly regarded- surgical set up skills bonus
• Previous experience with Best Practice Medical Software
• Previous reception skills, knowledge of Medicare billing
The role will cover shifts both in nursing and reception. Applicant must be willing to train and work in both roles within the clinic as required.
