Your Role 

 Skin Boutique employees are passionate about providing a high level of customer service to our clients throughout their laser and skin journey. 

In the role of a Clinic Receptionist, you will be the face of our brand. You will have a bubbly, outgoing and inviting personality and provide excellent customer service to clients in clinic, over the phone and online. 
Using your strong IT skills, you will manage treatment bookings, & product sales, answer email enquiries and be responsible for data entry/ inventory requirements. 
The role will also include general housekeeping responsibilities to ensure the clinic is always looking great.

As a Clinic Receptionist you will:

• Greet clients, check them in, and work with the therapists to ensure a smooth running day.
• Manage treatment bookings, online/phone enquiries, inventory requirements and any other front of house duties delegated. 
• Have current knowledge about Laser Hair Removal with our Cynosure Elite Plus Laser machine and provide initial consultations. If not, have the interest in learning this.
• Have current basic knowledge of skin and ingredient knowledge. If not, have the interest in learning this.
• Learn about skincare products from some of the most advanced product ranges in the world including iS Clinical, LIRA, Biopelle, Dermaceutic, and Saint Minerals
• Work with a passionate team that strives to achieve the best possible outcome for their clients.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You are passionate about skin and truly believe in results-driven treatments. You will have:

• Minimum Cert 4 or Diploma qualification in Beauty Therapy with previous work 
• Good communication skills and dedication to customer service
• Be confident in selling with a focus on achieving daily targets – we train you in our products, so you are confident to promote
• Experience and confidence with skin and/or laser treatments
• Be able to conduct skin and/or laser consultations – ongoing training will be given
• Must work efficiently within a team
• Experience with KPI's
• Positive and professional
