Brighton Family & Women’s Clinic has been providing exceptional patient care for over 20 years to the Bayside community.
Our 18 doctor General Practice is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will work to deliver essential support to the clinic by providing high-quality care and service to our patients. As the face of our clinic we are looking for an empathetic and enthusiastic person with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming all patients to our clinic, whether in person or on the phone
- All reception duties as required to provide a seamless experience for patients, nurses, and doctors
- Efficient and accurate appointment management & billing
- Supporting our doctors, nurses, management, and reception team to provide the best care to our patients every day
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Previous experience in General Practice
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills and experience with medical software – Zedmed preferred
- Proven multitasking, problem solving, and time management skills
- Ability to manage in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Availability to work Saturdays and to cover for annual leave and sick leave as required
