In this role you will be working for a reputable aged care provider working as one of two Care Coordinators.
In this role you will be supported by an experienced Facility Manager & Quality Manager as well as a Funding Coordinator, full time on site lifestyle, RN's, EN's and carers.

- Reporting to the Facility Manager
- Qualified Registered Nurse with Aged Care experience is a MUST
- Senior RN or CN experience in residential aged care required
- Must have excellent Clinical knowledge
- Understanding of quality and legislation
- Looking for someone who is hands-on and will make themselves visible on the floor
- An active participant in continuous improvement activities
