Oversee and ensure quality Clinical Care of all residents in a beautiful residential aged care facility, supported by an experienced Care Manager.

Clinical Care Coordinator - Western Sydney
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to support the Clinical Care management within a beautiful residential aged care facility. Reporting into a supportive Care Manager you will oversee the team to ensure high quality care is delivered to all residents.

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration with experience as an Registered Nurse within an aged care facility
• Previous experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator (highly beneficial)
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and AN-ACC funding
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Passion for values driven quality care
