About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide clinical expertise and consultancy through advanced clinical leadership relevant to the speciality of Mental Health. The Clinical Care Coordinator - Clinical Nurse Consultant provides direct and indirect care as required and works in collaboration with the Team leader and wider multidisciplinary health care team to support the clinical unit in provision of safe quality healthcare through exemplary clinical nursing standards of practice for the specialty of Mental Health. 

• Responsible for clinical leadership for the Way Back Support Service through the application of advanced clinical knowledge, skills and competency according to contemporary practice and standards of care.
• Maintain high level of interpersonal and negotiation skills to inform and train the healthcare team of clinical practice updates and research findings within the mental health service.
• Responsible for the content expertise for mental health specialty to provide the highest standards of safe quality care and clinical nursing practice to meet the requirements for person centred care.
