The Role
We are seeking a qualified Clinical Care Manager with at least 2-3 years of aged care experience who can support the Assistant Facility Manager.
You'll be working closely with residents, families and our employees to understand resident needs and find ways to ensure those needs are met.
You have strong clinical experience and the ability to build capability and understanding of clinical needs across your team. You have a solid understanding of AN-ACC and the aged care regulatory network.

About You
You’re an AHPRA registered nurse, but that’s a given. You might be a current Clinical Manager or highly experienced RN with at least 2-3 years of experience in aged care, who is looking for the next step into a management role.
You’re amazing clinically, but more importantly, you know how to bring the team along with you. Creating an environment where great Clinical Care with a focus on the person as a whole really matters.
You appreciate great Clinical Care happens in the context of the whole resident experience. All parts of that experience matter – from care to meals, from leisure to environment.
You have a solid understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and know how to implement them in all you do.
A good dose of problem-solving, a dash of patience, and a liberal application of humour won’t hurt!
