Clinical Care Manager | Permanent Full time Position

We are currently seeking a Clinical Care Manager to join our team at Regis Weston located at Nedlands on a full time basis working Monday to Friday.

Duties & responsibilities for this role include

  • Promoting, encouraging and ensuring the implementation of continuous improvement activities in all aspects of clinical and lifestyle services.
  • Ensuring all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordination and oversee all scheduled audits and clinical indicators are completed in line with the schedule.
  • Ensuring all resident Health records and clinical documentation is relevant.
  • Ensuring best practice guidelines with medications management is observed and regularly monitored.
This position reports directly to the General Manager

About you

As a collaborative and senior member of the Operations leadership team, with clinical experience within the aged care sector, you are required to have the following:
  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Knowledge and experience OR qualification in Gerontic nursing.
  • Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the Commonwealth Funding System in relation to ACFI.
  • Ability to lead and manage staff in a clinical care setting
  • Demonstrated understanding of the relevant Laws, Acts, Regulations, Charters and Codes of Practice.
