AddressWe are currently seeking a Clinical Care Manager to oversee all clinical operations within a large aged care facility. You will be reporting directly to the Facility Manager and will assist them with all clinical matters. There will also be a full clinical and administration team to support you within this home.

- Monday - Friday, flexible start and finish time
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of the care home
- Support and lead the care home clinical team including coaching, mentoring, staff allocations and delegation, performance management and education
- Manage person-centred care planning and evaluation for residents - including case conferencing with families and carers
- Review clinical incidents, complaints and changes
- Lead compliance
- Current AHPRA registration (DIV 1) is essential
- Previous experience working as a Clinical Manager within Aged Care
- Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to lead a clinical team
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
